My undergraduate student Aleyna Yiğit received the third-place award in the poster competition among 72 posters at the 4th International Food Chemistry Congress, held on May 8–11, 2025, with her poster presentation prepared as part of her TÜBİTAK 2209-A (2024) project.

IZTECH Scientific Project Kick-off Meeting
In the proposed project, it is aimed to perform the minimum thawing time and minimum quality losses with RF technology, which is an innovative and fast thawing technique. Our Lab will be collaborating with the researchers from Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering Departments. (August 2024).

Award'23
Our oral presentation titled "Evaluation of Strategies for Protein Recovery from Poultry By-Product" was awarded 3rd place in the Best Sustainability Research category across all industries at RDCONF 2023.
